02 AI coach

A coach who knows your game.

Mentra remembers your sessions, your goals and how you felt. Every answer starts from you, not a template.

Training
A daily mission and a weekly plan built from your sessions, your goals and how ready you feel.
Decisions
Football scenarios that adapt to your level and show you the moment you keep missing.
Technique
Replays of your shots, dribbles and cuts with a skeleton overlay and a corrected ghost to copy. Experimental
Mind
A journal that spots your patterns in confidence, pressure and focus, then talks them through with you.

What separates professionals from amateurs is often what they do when training ends.

Mentra · Your next level is built between sessions.

03 Arena

Live the game.

Arena turns any pitch or gym into a session. Rounds called out loud, a timer, live commentary, big buttons for what really happened, and a recap with your personal bests.

  • 5pitch sessions, from finishing to defending
  • 3gym sessions for strength, speed and balance
  • 8decision scenarios with adaptive levels

Commentators, Mentra only or silent: you choose. Camera tracking is experimental and always labelled as an estimate.
